I allow one guest, no children. You have a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please keep in mind that when you are late, you run into the next client’s appointment time which is unfair. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book that goes toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable & cannot be transferred to another date to reschedule. Deposit will ONLY be refunded or transferred to another date if for any reason I needed to reschedule. No call no shows will be banned from future booking. Please come with bare, healthy nails only. I do not work on damaged nails. I do not offer foreign soak offs. If you need me to soak off my own work, make sure you also book a soak off along with your desired acrylic service. No refunds will be given after your service is done. I will gladly make the corrections necessary within 48 hours of your original service. No shows and numerous cancellations will be banned from booking. I will charge you 100% of your desired service if you are a no show. Payments: Card or cash ONLY. I do not carry change, so please bring the exact amount. If paying with card, you will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee.
